Project to increase industrial capacity in Dimitrovgrad
In the area of the Free Zone Pirot in Dimitrovgrad Municipality, Republic of Serbia in the "Beleš" industrial zone, a project for the construction of industrial infrastructure and production facilities of the investor Megainvest Hold EOOD from Bulgaria was carried out.
The area of the complex is 18.600 m2, and the area of the industrial halls is 6.200 m2. In addition to the industrial halls, a restaurant and an administrative building are planned. It is also planned to supply the facilities with electricity via solar panels.
About 1.500 m2 will be dedicated to the production activities of the company Mega Group 21 DOO, while the other halls will be offered to investors and interested production companies. Construction works are expected to begin in the spring of 2023.
