TEAM SHARING SOFTWARE APPLICATION

Team Sharing is a software application of the modular type for monitoring the services of the Free Zone Pirot to its customers, primarily Tigar Tyres as the biggest customer.

The modules have been developed to track user needs for information and data on the movement of goods and materials through the Free Zone to the destination.

The "TEAM SHARING" application includes several program modules. All modules are accessed authorized from the main menu of the application.

TRUCKS MODULE

The "Trucks" module is used to monitor and record keeping of the arrival of trucks with goods for customers .

After entering the basic data about the truck and goods on the server in the Free Zone, in interactive work with the raw material warehouse and procurement of Tigar Tyres, using the application, the data on the order of unloading trucks and location for storage of goods are updated.

The handling of goods after storage is also updated, and also i the same time, the type of declaration is determined ad it define which is the status of the goods .

Since all data is merged on the server in the Free Zone, and thanks to the established communication, it is possible to have an online insight into the status of the goods with an authorized access.

MODULE ACTIVE PROCESSING OF GOODS

"Active processing of goods - Inward processing" is a software module for monitoring business in the process of inward processing of goods, recording of input documentation and received raw materials from the decision on inward processing, as well as recording documents on the movement of goods. For the purpose of debt relief of raw materials.

By adding the quantities of materials consumed for each item from the details of the invoice, with the application "Active processing", the consumption of materials per invoice is processed and the specification of the consumed material is formed and the customs duty is calculated based on the origin of the material.

MODUL DOMESTIC MATERIALS

"Domestic materials" is a software module for tracking goods intended for the domestic market.

Records of inputs of raw materials are made by entering data from input documents, and output by entering the type of goods or materials and quantities.

By program processing, the material balance of the output is calculated and thus the input quantities of raw materials are debited relief, according to “the fifo “ principle.

Reports on the summary and detailed status of raw materials as well as about the current status are available.

MODUL EQUIPMENT AND SPARE PARTS

"Equipment and spare parts" is a software module for monitoring the procurement and determining the status of equipment and spare parts.

It is used to record data on purchased spare parts and consumables materials.

Reports are available on all spare parts and the location where they are located (in the warehouse, on the machines or in the warehouse and on the machines).

MODULE OUTPUT DOCUMENTATION ARCHIVE

In the software module "Archive of output documentation" it is possible to view and view the electronic form of output documentation as well as information on the date of release of goods. All these reviews are available in online mode.

Input and output documentation in the Free Zone is scanned and stored on the server in electronic form. Within the modules "Active processing of goods -inward", "Domestic materials" and "Equipment and spare parts", it is possible to connect scanned, ie. electronic forms of input and output documentation with data on declarations.

In the application "Trucks", an overview is enabled, ie. insight into the electronic form of the declaration, by selecting the goods from the list of arrived trucks with the goods for which further procedure has been determined.

MODULE MONTHLY REPORT

The software module "Monthly Reports" provides insight into the data collection by all decree, quantities and values, by groups or without preferences.

MODULE TEMPORARY IMPORT

The module "Temporary import" is used to record the temporary import of equipment and the formation of declarations C5 for temporarily imported equipment.

The module has an active expiration indicator for the return of equipment, so it automatically activates the alert.

MODULE CONTAINER RECORDS KEEPING

The "Container Records Keeping" module is used to record contributions and return containers.

The beneficiary is the Transport Sector in the Free Zone.

The applications also include sub-modules for recording and review of the truck and groupage transport, with accompanying reports.

The data view is designed so that the data is color-coded depending on the status of the container.
